We checked into the hotel around 10pm. The woman who checked us in provided quick and kind service. We also had a car trailer that we were towing and the extra lot on the property was great! We felt safe and confident that there was a spot for us to park.

We were traveling for a concert at the Santander Arena. The hotel was a great proximity to the arena. All the hotel staff we encountered, were very friendly. The hotel was very clean.

I liked the easy check in process. The environment is extremely peaceful and quiet day and night. I also like that the coffee in your room is included and not an extra fee.

Lots of breakfast choices, food area very clean and organized, hot foods hot and cold foods cold. All staff very friendly and helpful. The bed clothes smelled like bleach.

room and update were tremendous. bathroom was a little tight but nice and clean. food was ok. milk was one day from going bad and taste and smell said as much. people were great. would stay again. always wanted to stay at an IHG. experience was worth the wait. updated facilities were great, and the elevator was quiet and up to date. covid clean it was!

the hotel and pool was amazing, so much fun and very clean. the staff is also very respectful and very nice. Debbie made sure we had an amazing breakfast the morning after our first night, everything was so perfect, I would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back.
